Sharps Chapel VFD Visits Maynardville Head Start Kids

On Tuesday, November 6, 2007, Sharps Chapel VFD Chief Chris Upton and Firefighter Michelle Morris visited the Maynardville Head Start in Maynardville.

SCVFD took Engine 51 to visit the kids, and presented them with fire hats, cups, and Fire Safety coloring books.

Chief Upton spoke to the kids about calling 911 in emergency situations and escape plans at their homes in the event of a fire.

The kids enjoyed looking at the fire engine, and everyone had a great time.
